SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety appliances to be used in whatever transport facility for prevention of traumatism or fatal injury of passengers or drivers in rod, air, or railway accidents. Proposed device comprises first belt 1, second belt 2, third belt 3, fourth belt 4, fifth belt 5, belt couple-uncouple lock, means 7 to tension belt and/or cable, means 8 to limit upward displacement of first belt front section, foot support-and-retain platform 9, cable 10, sixth belt, hinges, parts of locks, power absorber 14, seventh belts, belt length change device 17.
EFFECT: simplified design, lower costs, sufficient reliability.
