SUBSTANCE: device comprises pelvis and hip retainer composed of pelvis retainer and its vertical displacement lock. Set of both means comprise first and second belts. First belt passes through first guide engaged with split joint first part to connect tensioner with vehicle body structure first element. Second belt serves for direct connection or via third guide with second part of split joint with second element of vehicle structure second element. Second belt is connected directly or via second guide with first belt at its section between split joint first part and vehicle structure first element.
EFFECT: higher safety.
