FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: facility of high-torque geared turbo-drill comprises turbine section 1 with shaft 2, rotor 3 and stators 4, coupling half 5, reducer unit 6, located between spindle section 7 and turbine section 1 by means of reducing tapers 8 and 9, turbine section 1 and reducer unit 6 respectively. The facility of high-torque geared turbo-drill moves down into a column of pipe casing on a column of drill pipes. The torque from shaft 2 through the turbine section of reducing taper 8 and coupling half 5 is transferred to crank shaft 10 of reducer unit 6. Reducer unit 6 of the facility comprises double-row planet gear 11 with a pair of toothed rings z1 and z2, freely rotating on bearings around crank shaft 10, wheels 12 with a number of teeth z3, still fixed to the body of reducing unit 6, coupling gear 13 with a number of teeth z4, coupled with output shaft 14 which is connected with spindle 19, through reducing tapper 9 of reducer unit 6. Reducer unit 6 is an oil-filled and has a filler cap 15 and sealing elements 16, 17, 18.
EFFECT: extension of kinematic and energy abilities of turbodrills gear, namely an ability to increase the torque transmitted to the spindle turbodrill.
