FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metal working with pressure and can be used for volumetric plastic deformation of metal pipes when reducing them, for straightening and calibration. Device comprises a differential mechanism for rolling deforming rollers along the treated pipe, having a housing, a carrier kinematically connected to a power rotational drive, gear wheels fixed to the ends of the shafts mounted on the carrier with the possibility of rotation about axes parallel to the axis of the pipe being treated and bearing deforming rollers at the other end, two-sided satellites, kinematically connected with wheels and a crown gear fixed in the housing with the possibility of rotation around the axis of the treated pipe from the power drive of the differential rolling mechanism. In this case, the crown gear of the differential mechanism is connected to the carrier by an additional adjustable and reversible kinematic chain, the gear ratio of which is determined by the above formula.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of processing and reducing wear of deforming rollers.
