FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: coal-fired boiler consists of housing, two vertical filling fuel bunkers, air-gas passage consisting of internal walls of vertical filling bunkers and located along the perimetre of air-gas passage, and external walls are part of external wall of housing, furnace chamber installed under air-gas passage, air supply channels to combustion zone. In furnace chamber there installed is batch coal supply mechanism to combustion zone, which consists of two rotating rolls in the direction of air-gas passage, in upward direction, along external vector, side surfaces of rolls adjoin the lower part of vertical filling bunkers. Side surface of each roll has the elements removing a coal portion from lower part of vertical filing fuel bunker adjoining the side surface of roll and prevents blow-off of coal lumps with air flows supplied from the channel. The channel the air flow from which is directed towards movement of coal located on surface of rolls is installed under roll approximation section. Above coal portion supply mechanism to combustion zone there installed in air-gas passage is afterburning mechanism of combustible gases, which consists of injection nozzle in which external medium flow is combustible gases passing through the nozzle, and internal medium flow - air which leaves the channel, thus enveloping the external nozzle surface.

EFFECT: improving coal combustion efficiency due to separating the combustion process of volatiles and carbon residue.
