FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: device with useful application of heat pump operation results, which consists of ground circuit, external pipe with plugged lower end and internal pipe with open lower end, via which heat carrier supplied to the boiler for heat exchange with evaporative part of heat pump with secondary heat carrier compressor, heat exchange condenser circulates from pump in forced manner, differs by the fact that on heat exchange condenser there located are hot pats of battery of electrical current thermogenerators, and cold parts of thermogenerators are located in plenum ventilation system; at that, it is supplied from heat exchanger to warm floor system.
EFFECT: providing the heat to domestic and production premises; use of the obtained heat for generation of large volume of electric energy for the room lighting and operation of low-duty electrical current consumers.
