SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The herbicidal composition contains a carfentrazone-ethyl modification. The composition is a complex of carfentrazone-ethyl with trialkylamine containing in one of the alkyl radicals not less than 8 carbon atoms, or with oxyethylated alkylamine containing 4-7 oxyethylated groups in the oxyethylated chain. The composition also contains a 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid modification which is a trialkylamine salt containing in one of the alkyl radicals not less than 8 carbon atoms, or an oxyethylated alkylamine salt containing 4-7 oxyethylated groups in the oxyethylated chain and/or an oxyethylated ester formed from 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and an oxyethylated alcohol containing 4-7 oxyethylated groups in the oxyethylated chain.
