FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a gymnastic inventory, and is intended, in particular, to train fingers. The proposed device has a Z-shaped body in the form of three series-connected plates. At least two rings are located on top of the body. The end plates are made of resilient material that enables to train fingers due to bending the plates. On one of the plates, protrusions in the form of teeth are installed, providing a massage effect.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of training fingers and massaging the body with the teeth.
