SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, gymnastic equipment, and aims at particularly for finger training. The presented invention comprises a body with frames with two criss-cross bars hinged in the middle of the body; each bar separately is parallel to its own pair of sides; concave slots are provided in four places of the bars and on two internal sides of a parallelogram; the slots found in a stationary position (a right-angled position of the body) form hollow ring spaces in the parallelogram between the bars and their sides; notched flanges are mounted on surfaces of the concave slots, within at least one hollow ring space.

EFFECT: higher massage effectiveness ensured by reflex action on each finger by the hinged bars.
