FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Punch is divided by tapered baffle into top and bottom zones. Note here that said top zone has openings to feed grain there through while bottom zone has air feed openings arranged between abrading sections. Replaceable screen ring is arranged between punch and punching matrix are rigidly secured to the latter. Work zone formed between punch with discrete abrading taper surface and screen ring is filled uniformly with grain from bin via branch pipes. Grains flow downward by gravity and punch intermittent blows to be ground between themselves and contact surfaces of punch and screen ring.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency.
