FIELD: hulling.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises hoppers secured to the housing lid. At the site of the junction of the hopper with the lid there is an adjustable opening for batched feeding of grain to the hulling zone. The bottom side of the lid is provided with mechanisms for independent adjustment of working clearances. The mechanisms are provided with a concave having bearing plates and dismountable working members secured to the plates. The rod for vertical movement is welded at the center of each bearing plates and is provided with the threaded end with an adjusting nut. Four guides are arranged at the corners of the bearing plate. The guides are set in the openings of the bushings welded to the bottom side of the lid. The reverse-compensating springs are arranged over the outer surface of the bushings. The bottom working member is made of an abrasive wheel secured to the top end of the driving shaft. The bottom end of the driving shaft is connected with the pulley of the wedge-belt drive through a key. The shaft rotates in the two bearings mounted in the race. The race is secured to the base provided with an opening for discharging products of hulling. The working zone of the device is protected with an envelope.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of hulling.
