SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in construction, etc. Proposed mechanism comprises control unit and drive including pump assembly connected via pipeline with hydraulic assemblies, working fluid tank, fuel-lubricant tank, motor, crane hydraulic telescopic arm articulated with platform, extra turn-table articulated with arm and drive, support turn-table, two-hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic lifting devices. Support drill rings overlapped by disc. Hydraulic lifting devices are secured in two-way hydraulic cylinder clamps while cylinder case is secured between thrust struts, platform and drill ring disc.
