SUBSTANCE: invention includes a control unit with a pump control set connected to hydraulic units with a pipeline, reservoirs for fuel and lubricants and a working fluid, a platform, a support rotary circle, a drilling sleeve, a double-sided hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic lifts with support sites, a hydraulic telescopic boom connected with the platform by means of a hinged joint and a movement mechanism, on the front end of the boom there is an additional rotary circle, connected with the boom by means of a hinged joint and a movement mechanism, on the additional rotary circle there is a frame fixed, where smooth and cam rolls are placed, milling drums with a jacket, a pump control set connected by a pipeline with milling drums and inbuilt hydraulic motors, with a hydraulic motor of the additional rotary circle and the mechanism of its movement, reservoirs for fuel and lubricants and for oil, lifting mechanisms, with supports, are fixed in eyes of the double-sided cylinder, which is fixed on the support site connected to the site by means of stands.

EFFECT: device for construction of village roads performs a complex of works for mixing of soil with a binding material and its compaction.
