SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials. The artificial rock is made from a mixture containing the following in wt %: cement 25.0 - 30.0, calcium carbonate-based sand 18.7 - 49.1, water 20.0 - 25.0, superplasticiser S-3 0.9 - 1.3, dried slurry from filter fields of waste treatment plants, removed from filters at iron removal stations and characterised by the following composition in wt %: SiO₂ 41.0-50.3; Fe³⁺ 25.0-33.1; Ca²⁺ 4.0-6.0; Mg²⁺ 1.5-2.4; HCO₃ ^-, CO₃ ^- SO₄ ^- OHCl^2- 1.6-23.0 5.0 - 25.0.
