SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a compound of formula I

where R1 is a linear or branched alkyl; AR is phenyl, naphthyl or phenanthryl; m=0, 1 or 2; R2 is an alkyl-substituted carboxyl, as an antioxidant and production method thereof. Disclosed also is lubricating oil containing polyol ester-based base oil and 0.1-10 wt % said compound I, production method and use thereof.
EFFECT: obtaining a novel compound using a simple technique and efficient introduction thereof into polyol ester-based base oil, thereby endowing it efficient anti-oxidant properties.
