SUBSTANCE: boundary layer shielding system using upstream plasma includes film cooling holes formed through wall and plasma generator. Film cooling holes are located at an angle in the direction of outlet from cold surface of wall to external hot surface of wall. Plasma generator is upstream located relative to film cooling holes for formation of plasma passing above film cooling holes. Operating method of boundary layer shielding system using upstream plasma consists in the fact that energy is supplied to plasma generator to form the plasma passing in the direction of outlet above film cooling holes formed through the wall and along external hot surface of the wall.
EFFECT: providing the shielding effect of film cooling holes without physical intrusion to keep aerodynamic efficiency.
