The detector is meant for detecting connection and disconnection between the interface and the peripheral device. The organising device is meant for organising information defining the device, which indicates connection of the peripheral device. The means of interrupting use is meant for setting the peripheral device into a use interruption state. The detector is meant for determining whether the means of interrupting use has set the connected peripheral device into a use interruption state.

EFFECT: facilitating access to an external device after unexpected disconnection thereof, based on the connection status before disconnection.
