FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mill industry and may be used in production of cheese. Proposed press has stop 1 on one side to lock pans with cheese locked on opposite side by moving thrust 6. Note here that press all parts are mounted on angle 2. Press kinematic elements comprise different-force helical spring 12 and taper spring 13 fitted on screw 5 to transmit force to nut 8 displacing on thread of said screw 5 to create pressing force on cheese in pans 3 alternating with separation inserts 4. Screw 5 and springs 12, 13 are arranged in tubular case 10. Spring 13 thrusts against case cover by its tapered end and, by cylindrical end, against nut 8 fitted on screw thread 5 furnished with indicator stop 9 locking nut 8 on screw 5 and allowing said nut to displace in cutout 11 in case 10 driven by screw 5. Moving stop 6 is fitted on one end of screw 5 while drive handle 14 is fitted on its opposite end.
EFFECT: low-weight cheese pressing at 30-40 kPa without air compressor.
