FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, neurology and restorative medicine, and may be used in treating patients with chronic fatigue syndrome. Hip (HJ), sacroiliac (SIJ) and shoulder joints, shoulder blades, a backbone, extremity muscles, a back, a thorax and a neck are sequentially exposed. In the beginning, the patient is laying on back to carry out external rotation of the HJ to relax an articular bag; it is followed by circular rotation of the extremity and SIJ traction, L5 to Th4 vertebral rotation; external rotation and traction of the shoulder joint, external rotation and traction of the shoulder blades. Then the same manoeuvres are carried out on other side of the body. When involving the left side of the body, right-side vertebral rotation is performed, while the right-side exposure requires left-side rotation. After 6-9 rotations in each of the manoeuvres specified above, the rotation amplitude is increased. Then the patient is exposed while laying on one side: traction of the patient's paravertebral back muscles C7 to 1.5 combined with lifting and lowering the patient's head to complete muscular relaxation, then external rotation of the shovel to complete romb-like muscular relaxation, at first from one side, then on the other side, then traction of the neck muscles using conventional muscular-power techniques; traction of the suboccipital muscles increasing the traction amplitude every time, C0-C1 vertebral traction within an external occipital aperture. The therapeutic course is 4-6 sessions, 1 session a week.
EFFECT: method provides correction of the emotional condition in the form of improving a degree of reduction of trapezoid muscle tone, enhancing the psychological status, such as manifestations of anxiety, depression, pain syndrome relief, and reducing length of treatment.
