FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to manual therapy, massage and physiotherapy exercises. The therapy involves cup massage with linear uniform relocation of medical cups kept in contact with skin along paravertebral areas bottom-up including from S1 to Th1, alternating the back sides every 2-3 movements. Flushed skin requires combining linear and spiral relocations keeping the skin in front of a cup tensed. In reciprocal linear motions, a skin elevation is formed in front of the cup between the cup and the sharp of the hand that forms the elevation. Then the cup spirals crosswise in lumbar spine within L2 to S2, herewith covering sacroiliac joints from both sides. Sacroiliac joints are treated. All the procedures are performed on pre-pain limit. Thereafter, back, buttocks are exposed to dry heat within 3-5 minutes. Then tissues of spinal extensor muscles are mobilised; detected functional blocks are eliminated. It is followed with lateral mobilisation of long extensor muscles, of soft buttock tissues and lateral waist muscles. All types of exposure involves underlying meditative respiratory program. The postisometric muscular relaxation of posterior shin, anterior hips, iliopsoas, piriform, gluteus muscles and lumbar rotators is combined with meditative respiratory program. Within therapeutic course and after termination thereof, a patient performs gymnastic exercises used to recover physiological muscular tonus, to increases range of motions in spine, feet, pelvis joints and to form a muscular corset.
EFFECT: method creates optimum conditions for biomechanical spinal functioning and improves reparative processes therein.
