FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed invention relates to a method of producing propylene terpolymers. The technical result of the disclosed invention is increasing the window of processability of propylene polymers meant for use in producing films, as well as preservation of optical properties while achieving high softness of the polymer and suitability for use in fields including contact with food products. Said terpolymer is characterised by overall content of comonomer links of not less than 8 wt % per total weight of the terpolymer, and ratio of ethylene content to content of C4-C8 alpha-olefins from 0.1 to 0.8. Said method is realised in a gas-phase reactor having two interconnected polymerisation zones.
EFFECT: providing a method of producing a propylene terpolymer containing comonomer links formed from ethylene and from one alpha-olefin selected from C4-C8 alpha-olefins.
