FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of catalysts, specifically to production of catalysts for dehydrogenation of isoamylenes. Described is a catalyst for dehydrogenation of isoamylenes containing iron oxide and promoters: an alkali metal compound, magnesium oxide, cerium oxide, molybdenum oxide, titanium oxide, wherein the alkali metal compound is a potassium and/or lithium and/or rubidium and/or caesium compound and additionally calcium carbonate, with the following ratio of components in wt %: potassium and/or lithium and/or rubidium and/or caesium compound 5-30; magnesium oxide 0.5-10; cerium oxide 10-35; calcium carbonate 1-10; molybdenum oxide 0.5-5; titanium oxide 0-3; iron oxide - the balance.
EFFECT: producing a catalyst which enables to achieve high activity and selectivity during dehydrogenation of isoamylenes on the desired products and increase the service cycle.
