FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dust separation equipment. Proposed system comprises cyclone connected with filtration element. Cyclone case consists of two aligned tapered parts. Cyclone top taper part converges downward while bottom part diverges downward. Dusty air inlet is arranged at case top, aligned therewith and provided with intake branch pipe and discharge tube communicated via air duct with bag filter filtration chamber. Filter is furnished with temperature pickup arranged inside filtration section while dust collection bin housed emergent dust level pickup. Thermal automatic annunciator pickup is arranged inside filtration section outlet box. Outputs of aforesaid pickups are connected to control controller. Manifold with nozzles to be connected to firefighting system is located in filtration section outlet box. Manifold control unit is connected with aforesaid controller. Filter recovery system comprise valve units with solenoid valves with their inputs connected to controller output, pulse valves with pulse tubes, and Venturi nozzles.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability, reduced vibration.
