FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to unloading of loose materials from bins with eliminated chocking-up. Proposed device comprises bin 1 and arch breaker with suspension 2, vibrator and solid rod 4 arranged along bin axis and furnished with material splitter made up of vanes 5, 6 extended along rod axis relative to each other. Vibrator top part is jointed with suspension lower end while its lower part if jointed with rod top end. Vanes 5, 6 are secured on rod lower part and inclined to its axis. Every said vane represents a plate rigidly secured on rod 4 with inclination β=(90°-φ) to rod axis, where φ is material friction slope. For poor-loose materials or at larger volumes of bin 1, arch breaker may be provided with four suspensions with side rods 7 furnished with material splitters made up of vanes 5, 6 and extra piezoelectric vibrators 3 arranged between side rods 7 and suspensions 2. Note here that length of said side rods is smaller than that of rod 4. Suspensions 2 with side rods 7 are secured to allow horizontal displacement and locking on support 8. Aforesaid suspensions 2 are made up of rings 9.
EFFECT: increased unloading speed, ruled out arch formartion, possibility of conversion.
