Abstract RU 2043275 C1

FIELD: storage and dispensing of difficult-to-flow materials. SUBSTANCE: hopper for loose materials has housing 1 accommodating bridge breaker made in form of horizontal shaft 2 with tilted disks 3, and drive. Hollow horizontal shaft 2 has carrier 4 installed inside. Shaft drive has planetary gear train with epicyclic central wheel 5 secured on carrier 4 through engagement clutch 6. Planet pinion 7 meshing with epicyclic wheel is mounted on horizontal shaft 2. Central wheel 5 of planetary gear train has brake 8 closed on drive housing. Disks are installed eccentrically on horizontal shaft. Device can operate both at fixed and sliding eccentricity modes. This provides optimum kinematic action of disks of bridge breaker horizontal shaft on material. EFFECT: intensified bridge breaking process. 1 dwg
