FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and specifically to compositions of mineral binders on liquid glass, and can be used in making building products and structures. The binder, which contains an aluminosilicate component which contains a dump ash-slag mixture obtained from burning Kansk-Achinsk brown coal at TPP-6 Bratsk, Irkutsk region, and flue ash obtained from burning Kansk-Achinsk brown coal at TPP-7 Bratsk, Irkutsk region, as well as an alkaline component - liquid glass produced from large-tonnage wastes from production of ferrosilicium at the Bratsk Ferroalloy Plant - microsilica containing impurities in form of carborundum and graphite, with silica modulus n=1 and density p=1.37-1.40 g/cm3, where the aluminosilicate component consists of 40 wt % dump ash-slag mixture ground to 0.2% residue on sieve No.008 and 60 wt % said field II flue ash; and said liquid glass contains the following in wt %: carborundum 4-6, graphite 5.5-7.0, with the following ratio of components in wt %: said liquid glass 39.1-40.6, said aluminosilicate component - the balance.
EFFECT: high acid resistance.
