FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of structural materials and specifically to compositions of mineral binder based on fuel wastes - flue ash, and can be used in making construction products and structures. The binder contains an aluminosilicate component which consists of flue ash obtained from burning Kansk-Achinsk brown coal at TPP-7 Bratsk, Irkutsk region, and ground ash-slag mixture obtained from burning Kansk-Achinsk brown coal at TPP-6 Bratsk, Irkutsk region, and an alkaline component - liquid glass produced from large-tonnage wastes from production of ferrosilicon at the Bratsk Ferroalloy Plant - microsilica containing impurities in form of SiC and C, with silica modulus n=1 and density ρ=1.25-1.41 g/cm3, where the aluminosilicate component consists of 40 wt % field 1 flue ash and 60 wt % said dump ash-slag mixture ground to 0.1% residue on sieve No.008, SiC has a β-modification and is contained in amount of 1-3 wt % and C is contained in amount of 3.5-4.8 wt %, wit the following ratio of components, wt %: said liquid glass 37.5-39.9, said mixture of flue ash and ash-slag mixture - the balance.
EFFECT: high strength of the binder which hardens in normal conditions.
