FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method includes laying two coaxially arranged sleeves, supply of a mortar into a cavity formed by sleeves, and further shaping of a pipeline wall from the mortar and sleeves. Some ends of sleeves are fixed in the beginning of the pipeline, and ends of sleeves at the opposite end of the pipeline are fixed on the nozzle. The external sleeve is fixed along the perimetre of the external surface of the nozzle, and the internal sleeve is pulled via the nozzle, bent and fixed along the nozzle perimetre. A specified mortar portion is supplied into a cavity formed by sleeves, at the same time the pipeline wall shaping is carried out by rolling of a fluid agent along the internal sleeve of the third additional sleeve by supply into a cavity formed by its bent ends. The device comprises a chamber, where two coaxially installed sleeves are installed, as well as a mechanism of sleeve displacement. The displacement mechanism is arranged from a chamber, where ends of sleeves are bent and fixed along the nozzle perimetre. The cavity formed by bent ends with a system of fluid agent supply. The device also comprises a mechanism to form a pipeline wall, at the same time ends of sleeves form a cavity, which is communicated with a system of mortar supply, and an inlet nozzle. The shaping mechanism is installed on the opposite end of the pipeline and is arranged from a chamber, where a driven reversing drum is installed. A sleeve with a flexible joint is wound onto the drum. The end of the sleeve is bent and fixed along the chamber perimetre. The inlet nozzle is installed on the opposite end of the pipeline in the internal coaxially installed sleeve. Its thickness is equal to the thickness of the pipeline wall.
