FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: combined solar power supply system consists of single-pitch roof with projection, glasing with light-adjusting elements and louvre system, and reflection plane for solar collectors. Heat supply system includes solar power heat collection system from solar collectors, temperature sensitive sun tracking element, heat energy storage tank, which contains heat-conducting plates and substance with phase transition, heat pump circuit with the first evaporator of waste disposal and the second evaporator of solar collector, the first condenser of heating system and the second condenser of hot supply system, additional peak heating source using conventional fuel, or electric heating, and ventilation air regeneration system. Room includes heat mass with heat inclusions. Power supply system includes solar modules and centralised electric power supply, which is connected to electric equipment of heat supply system, transmitting electric power to it through control unit consisting of switching unit, maximum power takeoff device, inverter, storage battery, distributing device and microprocessor control unit.

EFFECT: use of solar radiation by optimisation of architectural and design solutions and structural parameters of a building with simultaneous use of combined solar and heat-pump heat supply system.
