FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used in heat and cold supply systems, in particular for use in circuits with heat pumps using heat of low-temperature sources of natural or artificial origin. Method of heat and cold supply based on a heat pump is proposed, in which heat energy and cold resource of soil is used by arranging in it at least one ground heat exchanger with heat carrier circulating in it. Using the solar collector as the heat source, heating the heat carrier from the solar collector to cover the heat load, if necessary, heat pump is used, in cooling mode, if necessary, heat carrier movement is performed from ground heat exchanger bypassing heat pump evaporator. Heat from the sun is stored in the ground and the ground is defrosted if necessary. Antifreeze is used as heat carrier. Also disclosed is a system for realizing said method.
EFFECT: improving efficiency of heat and cold supply; reducing electric energy costs.
