FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: stem is done in a form of cylinder attached by rope to crossbeam arranged over the well mouth. The pointing of cylinder upper end is formed by its cutting by two plains located at an angle not equal to 90 to its axis. The lower end is done in a form of a dent formed by cylinder cutting by two plains located parallel to the plains forming the pointing of upper end.
EFFECT: increase of rocks crushing efficiency and reduction of its net cost, decrease of specific consumption of explosive substances, improvement of rock mass crushing quality, simplification of structure, increase of its reliability.
