SUBSTANCE: in one feature, systematic unavailability of transfer or "suppression" of frames is provided at a minimum speed, sent in a communication system. In a typical version of realisation, frames at one eighth of the speed in a voice communication system cdma2000 are systematically replaced with frames at zero speed, which carry zero traffic bits. However, conditions are ensured to transfer certain frames, marked with a vocoder as "critical". A receiver detects availability of transfers with zero speed or non-zero speed and processes received frames accordingly, including update of an outer circuit of capacity control only in response to frames with non-zero speed. Additionally methods are provided to change a template of control signal transfer sampling, to help the receiver in detection of frames at zero speed. In the other feature, early termination of signal transfer along a wireless communication line is provided. In the typical version of realisation a basic station (BS) sends power control groups (PCG) for a frame along a forward line (FL) to a mobile station (MS) until the proper receipt of the frame is confirmed along a reverse line (RL) by means of the MS, if possible, before all PCG of the frame have been received along the FL. Possible methods of ACK alarm are defined for channels associated with a wireless communication system cdma2000. In the other typical version of realisation methods are also provided for early termination on the reverse communication line.
