SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used to separate the flow of bulk materials. The device comprises a stabilising tank with diverting channels, made in its side wall. The diverting channels are separated by horizontal bars and divided in equal proportions by a vertical partition of the housing connected to the pipes to drain the bulk material.

EFFECT: device eliminates the risk of arching in a stabilizing tank and provides an equal ratio of the cost of the bulk material through the pipes.
