SUBSTANCE: device contains stabilising capacity and taps with valves. The capacity is counterbalanced by springs and executed with moving possibility in a vertical plane on directing with the top and bottom terminators. The taps have vertical sites with valves symmetrically fixed on a shaft. One end of the shaft is connected to the lever located in perpendicular to an axis of a shaft of a plane. The lever is pivotally connected to the draught; the second end is pivotally fixed on the frame.

EFFECT: improvement of quality of separation of flow of loose materials with automatic control of flows of loose material.
