FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of fish preserves production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, carrots and bulb onions cutting, sauteing in vegetable oil and milling, parsley green milling, sunflower flour pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, hot black pepper, allspice and laurel leaf, cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce, rockfish cutting and maintenance in salt solution, the rockfish and the sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls and may be used in food industry.
