FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Longitudinal dissection of proximal part of ginglimoidal ligament is carried out. By means of sharp hooks deep flexor of finger and pedicles of superficial flexor, providing access to palmar plane of joint capsule. Rectangular segment of capsule tissue in the middle part of plate is excised transversally to finger on entire width and thickness. Plate edges are mobilised. Wound is sutured. Finger is straightened. Regenerate of middle part of finger extensor is excised from rear access. Proximal interphalangeal joint is fixed by means of wire in position of maximal extension of middle phalanx. Integrity of middle part of extensor is restored by buried suture. Skin sutures are applied on finger rear.
EFFECT: method ensures elimination of stable flexion contracture of finger, with preservation of tendons of flexors and ginglimoidal ligaments, reduction of trauma.
