FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment, namely, to railroad ACS and telemetry hardware and be used for traffic control. Proposed device comprises signal frequency generator, current limiter, filters, rectifiers, ADC, track transformers, logical element AND, memory register and track circuit. Additionally, proposed device incorporates trigger, smoothing filter, Schmidt trigger, comparator, diode, and capacitor. Signal frequency generator output is connected via current limiter, first filter and first track transformer, with one end of track line. Track line second end is connected via second track transformer, second filter, rectifier, smoothing filter, with ADC input while ADC output is connected to comparator A-input and register C-input. Register D-input is connected with trigger output and device controlling unoccupancy of previous track line while its output is connected with comparator B-input. Comparator output is connected with second input of logical element AND. First input of said element is connected with device controlling unoccupancy of next track line and its output is connected with trigger R-input. Current limiter outputs are connected via diode, capacitor and Schmidt trigger with S-input of said device.
EFFECT: higher reliability of track state control.
