FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway ACS and telemetry systems intended for traffic control. Proposed device comprises generator, filters, rectifiers, ADC, register, clock pulse generator, rail line, transformers, current limiter, logical element OR. Additionally it comprises two registers, comparator, trigger, two digital filters, amplifier and pulse relay. Power supply first pole is connected via pulse relay contact with generator first input. Generator second input is connected with power supply second pole. Generator output is connected via current limiter and first transformer with rail line. Second ADC input is connected to rail circuit via second transformer, second filter, second rectifier. Second ADC output is connected to second digital filter input, comparator A input and first register D input. Register first input is connected with second register D input. Second register output is connected with comparator B input. Comparator output is connected with trigger R input while trigger S input is connected with second digital filter output and trigger output i connected with second input of logical element AND. First input of the latter is connected with first output of clock pulse generator while its output is connected to third register C input. Clock pulse generator second and third outputs are connected to C input of second and third registers. Current limiter outputs are connected via first filter and first rectifier with first ADC input. Output of the latter is connected via first digital filter with flip-flop. Output of the latter is connected via amplifier with pulse relay input.
EFFECT: higher reliability of track state control.
