SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises cylindrical case 1 closed on both sides by inlet and outlet branch pipes 2, 3 shaped to truncated cone for connection with pipeline accommodating core 4 with conical rips 7. Said core has flanges 5, 6 with holes 9 and annular groove 8 communicated with flange holes. Note here that said annular groove is shaped to rectangle or semicircle.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability.
