FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of sensitive catalytic element of thermochemical transmitter involves deposition of aluminium oxide carrier to thermal resistance of sensitive element and application to the carrier of catalytic coating of solutions of salts of catalytically active elements with further calcination; besides, catalytic coating is applied to the carrier that is pre-heated, for example to the temperature of 100-110°C.
EFFECT: improving initial sensitivity of catalytic element of thermochemical transmitter and increasing yield ratio during manufacture of devices.
