SUBSTANCE: stand has a rotating platform, two permanent electromagnets rigidly mounted on a base, two control windings in form of coils located in working gaps of the electromagnets on a single chassis, connected to the rotating platform by an anti-backlash hinge, an angle sensor for the rotating platform mounted on its shaft, a control system, a frequency detector, an amplifier and an electromagnetic spring which is in form of an electromagnet with projecting poles.

EFFECT: possibility of reproducing high-amplitude harmonic angular velocities with reduced error in a wide frequency range.
