FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: transferring a control signal in a wireless communication system includes reception data or a control signal, and transfer of a feedback signal via a control channel in response to data or a control signal. A control channel comprises multiple mini cells in a multitude of cells, every of which comprises at least one symbol of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) in a time area and at least one subcarrier in a frequency area, and if multiple cells have one and the same scheme of pilot signals, multiple mini cells are chosen from multiple cells, and if multiple cells have a cyclically organised scheme of pilot signals, then multiple mini cells are selected from multiple cells in the same position.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of transferring control signals, which may be adaptively sent in various modes of control channel operation.
