FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises two discs (1) interconnected with an ability to rotate relative to each other on the same axis (2), with the grooves made on the circumference (3) and the rolling balls (4) placed in them. The device is additionally equipped with a spring (7) strutting or compressing the discs. The disks are connected with the possibility of movement along the axis of rotation, and contain a mechanism that prevents turning of the disks in strutted or compressed position, in the form of toothed or zigzag bands (8) mounted on racks (9). Between the disks the holder (10) of the rolling balls is attached, which prevents their loss in the strutted position of the discs. The outer surfaces of the disks can be fitted with a plate (6) in the form of spherical segments, with a relief (5) for acupuncture massage of hands. The device can additionally be equipped with folding handles on the outer sides of the discs, the handles can be located eccentrically to the axes of the discs, additional removable disks for complication of the device, load control, timer, counter of the number of movements, with the definition of the rotation angle, and the counting of calories burned, an electric generator for lighting, charging mobile phone and MP3.
