SUBSTANCE: one uses a package of two automatic splitters, performing the rheostat output connection to the DC electric motor input; additionally, a drive is introduced as well as a toroidal potentiometer introduced between the three-phase rectifier output and the second input of the package of two automatic splitters, the potentiometer rigidly connected to such drive having an input connected to the second output of the said package of two automatic splitters.

EFFECT: capacity coefficient increase in case of operation at varied shaft rotation frequencies.
