SUBSTANCE: first, second and third inputs and the first and second outputs of two automatic circuit breakers are coupled respectively to output of three-phase rectifier with smoothing filter, with output of stabilizing unit, with output of power supply source of reduced power, with input of drive and input of toroidal potentiometer fixed rigidly to the drive and having output connected to the second input of automatic circuit breaker.

EFFECT: permanent rotation of the electric engine haft at unstable load due to introduced block consisting of two automatic circuit breaker, drive and toroidal potentiometer.
