FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The device contains a loading funnel, a chamber with a feeder, two mutually engaged rotors by means of a gear unit and tools for confectionary masses division into product pieces, each of the tools is designed in the form of a channel consisting of a horizontal section and a vertical section coaxially located with engagement to the other rotor gear; the two mutually engaged rotors are designed in the form of cylindrical gear wheels located in the same horizontal plane with the vertical rotation axes, the horizontal sections of the channels of the tools for confectionary masses division into product pieces are designed to be positioned in every depression between the gears of the both rotors, their vertical sections circumferentially located in the appropriate rotor and directed downwards parallel to the gear wheel rotors rotation axes. A blade is mounted below the gear wheel rotors on the side of the rotor gears disengagement and is designed to be movable so that to enable withdrawal from the cutting zone for separation of adjustable weight pieces after pieces on the rotors passing through the rotors engagement zone one, two and more times.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance the quality of the product pieces separation process, enhance the device operational reliability and extend the technological capabilities of the device for production of a wide range of products.
