FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing waterproof and breathable clothing for hands. The method includes the steps, in which: a shell is created with inner dimension suitable for receiving the fingers and palm and back parts of the user's hand, having an outer surface, forming the outer surface of the garment for the hands, and its opposite inner surface, and the shell contains the finger portion for receiving the user's fingers and the palm and back parts for receiving the user's palm and back parts of the hand; gasket is made which size is adapted to insert it into the specified shell and corresponds to the size of the shell, of a material that prevents heat transfer, the external surface of which is designed to locate close to palm and the back parts of the user's hand, and the inner surface is opposite to the outer surface, and the lining includes the finger part, the size of which corresponds to the size of the finger part of the shell; a lining is made, the size of which is adapted for its insertion between the said shell and gasket, made of waterproof and breathable material, and the first surface of the lining is designed to locate towards the inner surface of the shell and the second surface - towards the inner surface of the gasket, and the lining contains a finger part of the size of which corresponds to the size of the finger part of the shell, and the said finger part of the gasket; the adhesive activated by heating is applied mainly only on the finger part of the inner surface of the gasket or finger part of the second surface of the lining; the adhesive activated by heating is applied mainly only on the finger part of the inner surface of the shell or on the finger part of the first lining surface; the lining and gasket and shell are collected so that the second surface of the gasket on its finger part is adjacent to the finger part of the inner surface of the lining, and the first surface of the lining on its finger part is adjacent to the finger part of the inner surface of the shell; the adhesive is activated to bond the finger part of the lining with each finger part of the shell and gasket. Also a waterproof garment for hands is presented made by this method.
EFFECT: invention includes the creation of devices and implementation of processes that can be used, for example, to improve performance, achieving ease and/or reduce manufacturing costs.
