FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to making mould core for moulding gas turbine engine blade with leading and trailing edges. Core 10 comprises bulged part on leading edge side and smaller-thickness part 10A1. Proposed device comprises first and second female dies 530, 540 displacing in direction F'1 and 'F'2 relative to each other between moulding position and core extraction position. Female die components corresponding to core smaller thickness part does not included additional moving parts. Mechanical ejectors 570 are arranged in one of said female dies so that core smaller thickness part 10A1 is extracted from mould in compliance with the main direction of opening.

EFFECT: ruled out core deformation in core extraction.
