FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture by casting using the lost wax of a metal part made of nickel alloy with a columnar or monocrystalline structure. Method includes the manufacture of wax model (20) with a ceramic core (10) which comprises, at the longitudinal end, first retaining support (14) and at the opposite end second retaining support (16) and shell mold (30) around the model. First support (14) of the rod is located on the side of the base of the mold. Rod (10) is rigidly connected to the shell mold by engagement means (40) between first support (14) and mold wall (30). Second support (16) of the rod is held in the mold by the holding means (17) sliding along the wall of the mold. Mold is placed in the furnace, the melt nickel alloy is poured into the mold and directional solidification of the cast metal is effected by gradual cooling towards the furnace.
EFFECT: elimination of the rod deformation during the solidification process and associated defects with it is kept.
