SUBSTANCE: invention relates to corking cap 1 from polymer material for dispensing thixotropic fluids from elastic bottles. Corking cap comprises lower part 2 with cover surface 4 with discharge hole 5. Support surface 12 is arranged under cover surface 4 and provided with several axial through holes shifted relative to said discharge hole 5 in radial direction. Support surface 12 is made integral with cap lower part 2 and composed of turning lugs 24 and surface 12 to shut off central neck 22. Said lugs 24 are attached to annular sidewall 20 via film pivots 25 and, in cap as-mounted position, engage with neck 22 by their free moving ends.
